During the 1st transnational meeting, we achieved several key milestones to ensure the project’s success:

• Formal Cooperation: All partners have finalized and signed the official cooperation agreements, which clearly define our shared responsibilities and roles.
• Strategic Roadmap: We established a comprehensive Project Management Plan, setting the timelines, milestones, and quality standards for the next 28 months.
• Task Allocation: Partners conducted a specialized translation and coordination session to distribute technical tasks and ensure all educational materials will be accessible in our local languages.
• Risk & Quality Assurance: We activated our risk management and self-evaluation protocols to maintain high standards and stay on track throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building Synergy: Most importantly, the meeting strengthened the professional bonds between our teams, fostering a collaborative environment ready to tackle climate change through innovative vocational education.

This successful start in Osijek has set the stage for our upcoming “Green Trainings” and the creation of our self-sustaining vertical garden models.
